How long does it take for my order to ship once placed?

We ship all products within 3-5 business days. Larger orders, out of stock items, and custom built products may take 30-90 days depending on specifics of order. Once your order is placed online you will receive an order confirmation with the status of the order. Once the order is shipping, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. 

How will my order ship?

All US orders ship out of our Columbus, Ohio warehouse using FedEx Ground. Cost of shipping is calculated based on location. Orders placed after 11am EST on Fridays or over the weekends will be processed the following Monday. 

Ground Shipping (Up to 7 business days)

Ground shipping times are 2-7 business day in transit. Alaska and Hawaii may experience longer shipping times. Orders typically shipped 3-5 business days from the time they are placed. Orders placed after 11am EST on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. 

Does HighCom Ship Internationally?

We only offer shipping for online orders within the United States. To purchase internationally, please find one of our retail partners.

LTL / FTL / Freight Forwarding

Yes, we do offer these services. Please contact your Sales Rep for more information. 

PO / APO Shipping

We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time. However, APO Transit times are 2-12 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are typically shipped 3-5 business days from the time they are placed. Orders placed after 11am EST on Fridays or over the weekends will be processed the following Monday. 

Shipping Refunds

We do our best to ensure your gear arrives in a timely manner. Note that inclement weather delays and incorrect delivery address information do not qualify for a shipping fee refund.
